There are multiple types of Apps:

1. Public Bots: There are programs that operates as an agent for a user or other program, or to simulate a human activity. Bots are normally used to automate certain tasks, meaning they can run without specific instructions from humans. They behave like normal users, so there is no need to install them in your Flow Builder

2. Pre-build Apps: They apps needs to be imported or installed in your default Flow. Once installed, they may behave like Bots and ask you to provide required information or authentication to start working. In some clicks, you are ready to go.

3.Template Apps: They are sample of Apps which needs to be imported/installed in your Flow. Then, you need to customize them for your needs.

For Paid Accounts, the company can specify her own list of Private Apps.

To get the list of available Apps, navigate to Flow Builder & Apps menu

It is also possible to import flows from the marketplace manually, get known with the tutorial.
