What is a room and to create it?

It is a collaboration space for real-time communication, meetings, tools and files sharing.

Each room is dedicated to a specific topic, department or project. It helps you to organize conversations by theme.

You can create more than one room in your community (workspace).

To create new room within a community go to the right menu within your community and select #rooms and + Add room to this community

You will be asked to give a room name. It is important that the room name indicate its topic to facilitate your work. You can rename your room later.

Notice : The room name must be unique, we will notify you if the name is already in use.

Once you’ve pressed “create room” button, you will be asked to add room members.

You can send invites at this stage or press “cancel” button and invite members later by “invite to this room” button, situated on the left
