Design and Interface of chat

The whole interface can be split to the following parts (starting from left):

Left side menu

We can also split the left side menu into a couple elements.

1. User Settings

At the top we can spot our nickname that after being tapped displays submenu containing list of our personal settings.

2. Fast Menu:

Flow Builder (paid option) To quickly install pre-built apps (flows).

Keep in mind that we constantly expand our flows database

Contacts & Users (coming soon)

Live Chat Widget - This page allows you to easily create a pop-up widget for your website. Like the one on our page. This is what we are proud of, you can connect the widget to our chat platform and get the omnichannel experience.

3. Contacts & Rooms

At the section you can find all your private contacts and also rooms you are joined to.

Main Area

This is the place where the messages are displayed.

Is the last element of the chat interface, but contains many options. You can preview the list of users that are in the room together with the roles You can show the files history in the room You can show apps which literally is called “sidebar” in the flow You can share the room with the others And the last one is the room settings, where you can edit the room name, the default roles and permissions, notifications etc..
